Qualifications

In 1999 Sarah gained a Batchelor of Arts at the University of Brighton in Three Dimensional Crafts. Shortly after she became a Technical Demonstrator in Plastics at the same University. As well as this job, Sarah developed her practice in making. In 2004 she decided to pursue a career in secondary school teaching and trained to become a Design and Technology Teacher. Sarah has worked in a wide range of schools in the South and East of England. She has had a wide range of roles including Head and Second in Department. In 2007 Sarah started my own business, Lizzytish, specialising in laser cut products.

Currently teaching in a school in South Norfolk in UK Sarah is county subject lead for Design and Technology and a Parent Governor for a local primary school. Teaching interests include sustainability, new technologies, creativity and making links in the community.
